Step 1: Book your introductory session. In 45 minutes we get to know each other, you learn everything that is important to you and experience my way of coaching in a demo.
Step 2: Make a decision. If we both decide on a temporary coaching alliance, we agree on the contractual details.
Step 3: Start coaching. We start with what you want to achieve. We explore your value landscape and your resources. Each coaching session starts with your topics and ends with specific tasks.
It’s best to experience it for yourself. As a Co-Active coach I build a co-creative relationship with you as coachee. We collaborate at eye level together. We focus on your needs. As a Co-Active coach I assume that you are naturally resourceful and creative. I focus on you as a whole person. I fully believe in you and accept you as you are, I challenge and I champion you. Co-Active Coaching is a non-judgmental place full of presence to what’s happening. And a space where intuition and fun dance with deep listening and emotions. Ultimately, as a Co-Active coach I evoke transformation and you take the decisions anytime.
Coaching is about you as a whole personality. The starting point for coaching is the whole spectrum of life <see Coaching helps>.
A session lasts between 30 and 60 minutes. You decide.
In the beginning, sessions can take place every two weeks. After that, three to four weeks is also a sensible interval. It’s up to you to decide.
I am currently working on the pricing. Please feel free to <get involved in my research>. I offer a Flow Discovery package with six coaching hours to start with.
The German Coaching Association recommends an hourly rate starting at 160 EUR for a certified coach.
It is important to me that our time together is valuable. You trust me; I trust you. Therefore, if you do not want to continue for whatever reason, you will receive a proportional refund of the amount for unused sessions.
I share my success with others. I donate twenty per cent of my coaching profit to non-profit organizations that make our world a better place. You decide which organizations will benefit from it.
I have demonstrated through my Associate Certified Coach exam that I apply the ICF Code of Ethics in my coaching .
I work climate-neutrally and use existing resources; for example, I have procured refurbished equipment for my home office.
