I’m an explorer who is looking for motives and love to be in the flow. I let myself drift. Where does my gaze lead me? Where do light and shadow play?
That looks good. How may I compose it? Which feelings will this moment arouse later? What should I change?
Simply do. See what will come of it. Take a different perspective. Now I see other elements. Wow, half an hour is already gone. I’ve forgotten time. I’m immersed in the here and now. I’m in the flow – focused – relaxed – happy.
“To be in the flow” is fulfilling. I experience this state in different circumstances, alone or together with others, at work and during leisure time, at home or on the road.
Passion often leads to flow experience – the interaction between soul, heart, and gut is undoubtedly essential. So do the things that resonate with my values.
Photography is, i.e. connected to my creativity, openness, joy, connection and gratitude values. I’m often in the flow when I spend time with my camera to explore landscapes and cities.
“To be in the flow” is related to timelessness. The time stands still. I take time to do something I’m passionate about, and I forget the time—a state in which I’m fully immersed and where I’m diving into the world around me.
Other thoughts are gone. This situation reminded me of my childhood when we played with lego for hours and spontaneously developed our stories.
I was looking for a way to do what arouses flow states more often. To create a space to live out my passions and honour my values. The connection between being in motion and discovering together: Flow Discovery.
I start with “Coaching” and feel that thanks to “& Co-Creation”, something new and unexpected will come along. The magic of the beginning.
